“Hiu” project is a website that allow user be able to follow and cook Thai food from my website. My target audience is a New Yorker who has a beginner cooking skill level in cook. The purpose of this website is that to promote Thai food for international markets and to educate my target audience to understand and experience more about how to cook Thai food from scratch with an authentic ingredients and original way to cook as Thai people.
